Almonds

Use ground up almonds to replace flour. Almonds are a great source of potassium that helps retain the calcium in our bodies. They are also high in protein, which plays an important role in building strong bones.

I love your great idea of replacing flour with ground almonds, especially great for those of us who want to reduce carbs. The next time I make chicken parmesan, I'm substituting ground almonds for the bread crumbs. Yum....
