Restaurants:

Finally, many restaurants are becoming aware of celiac disease and gluten allergy. Some restaurants offer a separate gluten free menu or their regular menu will indicate which meals are gluten free. It’s important to notify your server that you must follow a gluten free diet to be certain there's no cross contamination.

As the awareness of celiac disease and gluten intolerance increases, it’s becoming easier to follow a diet free of gluten.

Individuals with a gluten allergy can enjoy the immediate benefits, for their symptoms disappear, but there are also many other health benefits the gluten free diet has to offer.
