  • We discover the pleasure of baking our own bread and other baked goods. Yum!
  • We inadvertently force friends and family members to take a closer look at food labels when they feed us; therefore, providing them with the same incredible opportunity to discover harmful chemicals in food.

Finally, many restaurants are becoming aware of celiac disease and gluten allergy. Some restaurants offer a separate gluten free menu or their regular menu will indicate which meals are gluten free. It’s important to notify your server that you must follow eat gluten free meals to be certain there's no cross contamination.

As the awareness of celiac disease and gluten intolerance increases, it’s becoming easier to follow a diet free of gluten.
